How much are tickets?
General Admission tickets are $18 each; Reserved seats are $25 and $35 each. There are designated General Admission and Reserved seating sections within the Mid-America Center. General Admission seating is first-come, first served. For Thursday night's circus performance, all seats are General Admission. 

Where are the General Admission sections?
Here is the Ticketmaster map for the circus. General Admission sections are shown in pink. Seats in the blue sections are $25 each. Premium reserved seats (red sections) are $35 each. Remember, ALL lower bowl sections (201-217) are available for General Admission seating on Thursday night's 6:30 p.m. performance, first-come, first-served.



Who needs a ticket?
All children ages three and older need a ticket. Children two and under do not require a separate ticket if they sit on the lap of a paying adult.

What are the arena policies?
No smoking is permitted in the Mid-America Center. There are designated smoking areas outside the arena. No outside food, drinks, cans, bottles, or containers of any kind. Fireworks and weapons are not permitted. Cameras and audio/video recorders may not be permitted during certain events. No laser pointers or air horns. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Ticket stubs must be retained for the duration of the event. The Mid-America Center reserves the right to refuse admittance to ticketholders who refuse to allow inspection of their persons and any purse, bags, or package carried with them when entering the facility. There is no re-entry.

How much is parking?
Ample, free parking is available to the south and west of the arena.

How can I purchase tickets without Ticketmaster fees?
You can purchase General Admission ($18) and Reserved seats ($25/$35) at the Mid-America Center without Ticketmaster fees. The box office is located on the southwest side of the arena. It is open Noon to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with expanded hours as we get closer to the circus. You can purchase tickets with cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Is handicapped seating available?
Yes. Handicap accessible seating is available for both general admission and reserved seating. You can purchase reserved handicap accessible seating through the Mid-America Center box office during regular hours or by calling the box office at 712-326-2295 (fees apply for tickets purchased by phone), or by purchasing them online from Ticketmaster.com (fees also apply for tickets purchased online from Ticketmaster). A
ccessible seating is available in sections 201, 203, 204, 206, 207, 209, 211, 212, 214, 215, and 2017. The arena has elevators and escalators to reach the concourse level. 

There is handicap accessible seating available for general admission tickets; however, it is first-come, first-serve. If you need any assistance with handicap accessible seating when you are at the circus, please ask an usher!

Can I bring in a diaper bag?
Yes, you may bring in a diaper bag. The Mid-America Center does not have a clear bag policy; however, all bags (including purses) are subject to search. No outside food or drink is allowed in the Mid-America Center arena.

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, you may! It can be very helpful to have a stroller when visiting the Circus Fun Fair in particular. However, strollers must be left outside the seating bowl of the Mid-America Center, so please let your section's usher know you have a stroller. Remove all valuables from the stroller, and please mark it with your name and cell phone number!

When does the Circus Fun Fair open?
The Circus Fun Fair opens two hours before the listed circus performance time. It also open for one hour following the circus performance. Keep in mind that some activities (like the animal rides) may take a bit to get going after a circus performance (and between performances) since these are run by our circus performers.

When do doors to the arena open?
Doors to the arena for seating open one hour before the listed circus performance time.

How much are activities in the Fun Fair?
Activities start at 1 token. Each activity is marked. Bounce houses are 1-2 tokens each. Animal rides are 5-10 tokens each. Face painting is 5 tokens (cheek only) and 8 tokens (full face). 

How can I pay for Fun Fair activities?
All Fun Fair activities require tokens. Tokens are $1 each and can be purchased at one of the Token Booths. Tokens can be paid for with cash, debit and credit card. There are no refunds on unused tokens.

Are there any free activities in the Fun Fair?
Yes! You can enjoy the petting zoo at no charge. 

How much are circus programs?
Circus programs are $3 each and are available from individual sellers outside the Mid-America Center (weather permitting), inside the main lobby and Fun Fair, and at all novelty stands.

How can I get the clowns and Keystone Kops to autograph my program?
Clowns and Keystone Kops can be found throughout the Mid-America Center during the circus. Before each circus performance, you will find them in the Fun Fair area and roaming the arena floor. After the circus, some of them can be found at the bottom of the main escalator/stairs.

How can I become a part of the circus?
