He was also active in Demolay from 1984 through 1988 and cites this as one of his reasons for becoming a Shriner. He believes giving back to children is very important.

Oriental Guide
Bryan K. Deming and Lady Erin

Oriental Guide Bryan Deming became a Mason in October 2004, came to the Shrine in March 2005 and entered into the Scottish Rite in April 2005. He is one of the founding members of the Tangier Pirates, holding multiple offices within the club. Bryan was master of Springfield Lodge #112 in 2012 and director of the Tangier Clowns in 2013. He is also a member of the Boone and Crockett Club, Hillbillies and the Ritual Divan. Bryan served as one of the many  chief aides of Tangier for several years before being elected and serving as a trustee from 2016 through 2019. Being a father to three small children and thankful for the health and condition of all three, “Fun with a Purpose” sounded really good. Having an opportunity to be even a small part of helping children who may be facing certain challenges was what brought Bryan to the Shrine and eventually the Shrine Clowns.
